Editorial Policy

K-Regen Lab publishes evidence-led skincare information designed to be useful, traceable, and honest about uncertainty.

Editorial principles

  • Reader usefulness: content should answer a defined question or improve a real decision.
  • Traceable support: important factual and scientific claims should be supported by sources appropriate to the claim.
  • Proportionate certainty: language must reflect the strength and relevance of the evidence.
  • Independence: commercial opportunity does not determine conclusions.
  • Transparency: limitations, conflicts, material updates, and affiliate relationships are disclosed.

Sources

We prefer primary research, systematic reviews, official regulatory or public-health information, recognized ingredient databases, and current manufacturer documentation. Secondary sources may help explain context but should not replace stronger available evidence. Retailer pages may be used for current price or availability, not as independent proof of efficacy.

Claims and uncertainty

We do not present association as causation, ingredient evidence as finished-product proof, or laboratory findings as guaranteed human outcomes. Preliminary findings are labeled. Absolute language such as “works for everyone,” “clinically proven,” or “risk-free” requires exceptionally strong, directly applicable support and is generally avoided.

Reviews, rankings, and comparisons

Reviews follow our published Review Methodology. Rankings and comparisons state their criteria and relevant limitations. Products are not rewarded for providing affiliate commissions, samples, or advertising.

AI-assisted work

Automated tools may assist with organization, transcription, translation, data handling, or drafting. They are not treated as authoritative sources. Material claims require source checks and editorial review before publication. Automation must not invent testing, quotations, credentials, sources, or personal experience.

Corrections

Material factual errors are corrected as promptly as practical. A correction may update the article text, sources, conclusion, or visible update note depending on significance. Minor spelling and formatting fixes may be made without a notice.

Conflicts and disclosures

Writers and editors should disclose relationships that could reasonably affect coverage. Affiliate and commercial relationships are governed by our Affiliate Disclosure.
