Some human research exists, including emerging work on a tested topical preparation. That is different from proving that every serum or cream carrying the term will produce the same result.

The most useful position is neither “PDRN is a miracle” nor “PDRN is meaningless.” It is an ingredient category with route-specific research, inconsistent commercial terminology, and limited direct evidence for many finished leave-on cosmetics. Product decisions should therefore be based on the complete formula, evidence that matches the route, and routine fit—not on the word PDRN alone.
